Customer Service Representative

K&D Countertops has a full-time position available for an organized, motivated and detail oriented individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast paced environment. Successful candidates will be computer literate, organized, able to multi-task, and have strong, professional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent front line customer service
  • Provide phone support for customer accounts
  • Prepare job estimates and enter orders in computer systems
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Calling customers to schedule and confirm appointment times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Telephone skills in listening and speaking
  • Customer relations skills, professionalism
  • Self motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Detail oriented and neat
  • Computer literate, experience in Google Applications and Google Drive a plus
